The working hours of Customer Relations Department is: from Monday to Friday between hours 9.00 and 18.00 and Saturday between hours 8.00 and 14.00 (except for legal holidays).

Also we assure you that most of the answers you look for, you can find on the page Frequent Questions where we detailed the most frequent requests from you! For Urgent requests, in order to have a shorter answer time, we recommend that you write this word (Urgent) in email subject or send us a private message on the facebook page.
